About Shipping…

Shipping charges will vary greatly depending on many factors. Some we have no control over I.E. the product category per Federal guidelines and the weight. We ship all stoves and large packages common carrier.  When requesting a shipping estimate for products over 75 lbs. or very large in size, please consider the following:

Terminal/Commercial The best rates are obtained by either picking up your order at the nearest "Overnite" trucking terminal (generally open 24 hours a day) or having it shipped to a local commercial location that has a loading dock and/or fork truck. NOTE: Shipments left at the terminal for an extended period will be subject to Storage charges.

Residential Residential deliveries are generally $46.00 additional and require you to provide all necessary manpower to unload the stove from the trailer. The address must be accessible by tractor-trailer. Be sure of this one, or you may end up paying for a residential delivery and having to pick up your order at the nearest terminal.

Prior Notification If prior notification is required the additional charge is generally $21.00. You can avoid this charge by requesting us to email/fax you the tracking information on your shipment. You can then track your shipment progress by using the Overnite web tracking site at www.overnite.com You will then know when your unit is due to arrive at the local terminal and on or near that date you can contact the terminal and find out the projected delivery date and time.

Lift Gate Truck If you cannot provide the manpower to unload the item a truck can be requested with a power lift gate for an additional charge of $50.00

Inside Delivery  Inside delivery is also available.  This would mean “grade level”, no or very few steps.  $35.00

Keeping all of the above in mind, provide us with the appropriate "Ship to" zip code and if you are considering picking up your shipment at a terminal let us know the zip code of the that terminal and we can provide the most accurate and timely shipping estimates.
